Summertime iced tea – is there one for you?
As a nice summertime drink, iced tea is good.
I like to use herbs from the garden and fruit. I make a fresh jug every day. I fill a big glass, use lots of ice and top it up with sparkling water.
Sparkling water has lots of minerals in it that are very good for your body.

For a change, I sometimes visit T2 or any reliable teahouse or stockist. There are some beautiful options and usually, they offer tasting samples.
