‘My wellness journal’ is written especially for those on their journey to healing from the inside out. Journaling lets you see how habits change over time. It lets you take some time to reflect and look with honest eyes at where you’ve been, and where you are now.
It also provides a consistent and balanced format for you to write in. Whether it’s about achieving goals, overcoming health issues, or recording recipe successes, writing makes us think through the whys and the hows.
