super juice – smoothie

2 big handfuls of kale,

1/2 cabbage,

1 big handful of rocket,

3 x carrots,

6 x red radish or 3 inches of daikon

4 good slices of fresh ginger,

1/2 celery bunch,

3 big sprigs of mint,

3 x apples,

2 x oranges,

2 x large beetroot.

Press or spin(whichever you have) all vege and fruit into juice.

Then –  using 300 mis of the juice per person blend with;

(allowing the following quantities per person)

1/2 x banana,

1/2 x avocado,

2 tbsp cashews,

1/3 cup of blueberries

1 tbsp Inca inchi protein powder – https://changinghabits.co.nz/product/inca-inchi-powder-400g/

this makes a large serve juice smoothie
