Refreshing Berry Water – Wellness Journal
Find your largest jug and add:
1 cup of blueberries (frozen is better)
1/2 cup of any fresh berries you have -very ripe is good -I used strawberries
2 large sprigs of mint
1 cup of melon -watermelon is best
4-6 slices of lemon
pour in 2 cups of cold water
pour in 1 cup of ice cubes on top of the fruit
punch with a wooden spoon until some of the fruit is broken
top up the jug with fresh still water OR sparkling mineral water
let it sit for 5 minutes
put some ice cubes in each glass, pour over your berry water, serve.
