Morning smoothie ingredients

1/2 cup coconut water
1 egg – split off the egg yolk if you don’t want it
1/2 handful fresh baby spinach
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp LSA or chia seeds or psyllium husk
plain yoghurt – 1/3 cup

Then blend – yum. Couldn’t be easier or better.

For a change, you could swap out

  • the egg for 1/2 avocado
  • coconut water for  (1/2 apple juice 1/2 celery) – juiced in your own juicer
  • spinach  for kale
  • blueberries  for cranberries

Get well from the inside out with this great smoothie or you could even try this power juice.
