Morning smoothie ingredients
1/2 cup coconut water
1 egg – split off the egg yolk if you don’t want it
1/2 handful fresh baby spinach
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp LSA or chia seeds or psyllium husk
plain yoghurt – 1/3 cup
Then blend – yum. Couldn’t be easier or better.
For a change, you could swap out
- the egg for 1/2 avocado
- coconut water for (1/2 apple juice 1/2 celery) – juiced in your own juicer
- spinach for kale
- blueberries for cranberries
