A cauliflower recipe to convert even the staunchest of non-believers

Do you hate cauliflower? Me too. So, I invented this recipe, and it is super easy and super yum!

Method:
Take a whole cauliflower head and steam it until tender. Then mash or even whizz in a food processor.
Slice:
  • 1 small leek thinly
  • a few thin slices of fennel bulb
  • 2 garlic cloves very finely (or crush)
Add:
2 tbsp turmeric powder
Into a pan on medium heat, add a tablespoon of coconut oil and then toss the leeks, fennel, and garlic until they are tender.
Add the cauliflower and turmeric.
Mix thoroughly and cook until it browns like hash.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Then serve.
