The 3rd in a series of 3 is about improving your gut microbiome, in other words, the intelligence of your gut bacteria. How to create and grow the good bacteria colonies that work for your brain and body. Using foods of course.
We will cook several delicious dishes using foods rich in nutrients through living cultures and the fermentation process.

Session 1 (6 Nov) was the first in a series of 3 where we presented the facts on inflammation – what is it, how do you know you have it? what does it affect?

Session 2 -20th November – we cook and talk about foods that heal the gut and in turn improve brain function.

you will be hosted by;
Author & Functional nutrition consultant – Jocelyn J Murray – who brings recipes and food to life. Passionate about people being well and learning to rid themselves of the ailments that limits their life enjoyment – Jocelyn wrote and compiled ‘my wellness journal’ an interactive book that helps make health a reality through recipes, food ideas and growing tips.

Thermomix consultant – Kathryn Jansen from The Vegery, manufacturer of Vitality wraps – mixes it up and lets us sample the deliciousness. Kathryn contributed to ‘my wellness journal’. Kathryn will invite you to have your own – home cooking Thermomix experience.
