Oolong tea is oxidized, its flavour can range from light to full bodied, floral to grassy, and sweet to toasty. The colour of the leaves and the hue of the brewed tea can also vary from green to golden to brown.

1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup. Use water just off the boil, steep for 2-3 minutes then pour. Tea leaves can be re-infused several times.
